Aside from branding, it's often the design language of a particular automaker that sets them apart from the pack. Until recently, the style and sportiness found on the new Honda models haven't had one, but starting with the 2015 model year, that's set to change.
The name of Honda's new design scheme is EXCITING H DESIGN!!! Believe it or not, the format and exclamation points alike are both part of the name. Each "!" is meant to represent one facet of the design language: High Tech, High Tension, and High Touch.
The EXCITING H DESIGN!!! language will be present not just in the car's exterior, but interior as well, and serve as a basis that each new vehicle will follow. At the moment, we already have one example of what this styling theme might look like: the 2015 Honda Fit. Judging from the pictures we've seen released, EXCITING H DESIGN!!! will more than live up to its name.
At the moment, we can only speculate what the rest of the Honda lineup will look like with its EXCITING H DESIGN!!! language. Will cars like the Accord also get the "Solid Wing Face" grille set up? Will the Civic?
